Can't hit anyone/ Hit myself with a bow.

Hello, I have recently not being able to hit a few players such as; vic_2002, Norpyy. ect. And I also cannot hit myself with a bow (yes i have check if im in god.) I have spoken to Dan about this but it hasnt fixed. Hope you can help soon.

Everyone on ulti with Emerald or Obsidian ranks I can't hit them.
