I never received my 4 special keys which I bought yesterday night, like at 2 am. You can check donations for proof. The reason why I never received them was because I am on vacation, in Colombia and I put the region as United States, Florida Miami (My home). I told my brother to log on to Ulti on my account from Miami and he waited like 20 minutes and re-logged a few times and he received nothing. Please give me the keys, and if you can put them in the enderchest because I usually pvp a lot. Also, about my glitched gold rank, I bought gold like a week ago, and I only played on Ulti and Skyblock, and now I don't have gold on Prison, Factions, Ulti Classic, Op PvP, and Kit PvP. Please add my gold rank to the servers, Thanks :)
