Rank not working

My alt account has Gold rank, but it doenst work in factions. When i joined prison, and left prison, i didnt even had the rank in the hub. Thats not anymore now, but its still NEVER in factions.

any admin help me i have same problem aceept it says im emerald in hub and gold on all servers plus my enderchest i gliched i can but in items but if i go to take them out its not possible for me to do so can someone help me please thankss :(
