Hello, before I get started I'm going to say this "Chromify" is an old username. My current username is Hydrationz.
Just a bit ago today, I purchased an upgrade from emerald rank to obsidian rank under the name Hydrationz. After I entered in the information, it did not say it wasn't purchased successfully. I still have yet to receive the rank. -
You have to show evidence that you had bought the rank. You should get a email from Buycraft saying you bought the rank.
