@berwald1 Please send an email [email protected] providing your UUID (or username if you cannot locate your UUID), the package you have lost and any relevant transaction ID(s).
Transaction IDs are contained in email receipts. These are sent to you after making a transaction on the store. If you cannot locate your transaction ID, let us know and we will still try to resolve your issue. Please bear in mind that some requests (particularly those involving personal information) cannot be fulfilled without a transaction ID as this is how we verify you are the account holder.
