I never got my obi rank

So last night i bought obi rank while i had emerald rank and i had obi for a little bit and then i got demoted to diamond and my alt account Captain58 got my emerald rank and i would be happy to buy obi again but i want my emerald rank to be switched over to bananajasper and i have a screenshot of me being obi rank.

It also shows it saying that you bought the rank
