Back before the update, when they had bedrock rank i bought it. They had an update for the server and i lost it somehow. I dont have proof of purchase, is there a way i can get the rank back? Thanks.

You should have emerald rank, which is the correct rank that you should have.

Bedrock does not exist anymore. The ranks are gold, diamond, emerald, and obsidian. You can only get obsidian by paying the amount that it costs or you can get an automatic rank up if you purchased it for $150 in V3 or before.

Yes, i purchased it in V3. So why cant i have obsidian?
