First SERIOUS Kubzs I get ban because he shoots me up -.- and secondly, why just ip-ban? and secondly again if I do not get unban and I buy it, I can also ban people if I hit / beat them up? :)

You were not banned for this.
You were banned for unauthorized client modifications. This includes any form of software that modifies the speed at which packets are sent to and from the server (hacked clients, macros, auto clickers, etc).
