Requirements:

Must be mature
Must be a rank (Certain exceptions)
Must be willing to donate items to one another
Must have p3/p4/p5
Must be willing to fight other players (Pretty obvious sorry)

Rules:

If your leaving please tell us
Don't kill your teammates (Unless its accidently)
Don't get banned (Pretty obvious again, sorry)
