Ok, I got perm muted a little while ago on ulti for using vulgar language to hurt someone feelings. Doing this got a perm mute. I still dont understand how i got a perm mute when I see people saying worse things than what I said 24/7 but whatever. Its done and over. I would just like to apeal this mute. I apologize for everything I said to that person. (I kinda forgot who I said it to) I was a little heated because I kept getting 2v1 and then they were talking trash. My bad. This will never happen again, I will just ignore them next time. Again, I apologize for saying what I said. Please understand that it is pvp and people get heated over it. I'm Sorry.

Do staff members even check the legit appeals? Or only the ones where they have to argue with someone?
