New Reporting System?

I've been looking at the forums for the past week, and I've realized that most of the time (3/4 of) all of the forums are about hacker reports.
I don't know if someone's already suggested this, but Dancraft should add back "dancraft.net/report," so that forums aren't filled with "LOOK AT DIS L33T HAX0R" and "STAFF BAN PLSSSSSS!1!!!"
Dancraft.net/report was used in Late V3 and Early V4, at least that's how I remember it. (I think that there was a bug in it and that's why they deleted it.)
This would be a neat fix and a good thing for the Dancraft forums community (in my opinion).
