On the leaderboards for the servers some of the players hacked their way to the leaderboard top or below. If they buy an unban they should be able to start fresh and get their stats wiped if they are hacking and are banned. It is not fair for the legit players who actually got their killstreaks legit but got taken over by a hacker. For example see if that person is banned or not, and if they are, wipe their stats.
