Ranks should be EARNED through crate keys (VERY RARE TO GET A RANK FROM VOTE KEY, like 0.00000000001 % chance)
Monthly rewards (e.x: Special/epic crate keys can be earned. This is similar to Carol's spinner on Mineplex) -

That is a very good idea cuz not everyone can buy ranks so at least them having a bit of a chance is good and will keep ppl playing
but do u mean a key that goes to a rank crate and there's a chance of getting any rank?
