So, in v2 or v1 i really dont remember but i played a while ago, i had Bedrock rank. I just came on the server and i see im just a member. I know its been a reset and i would like to have my rank that i payed for back. I think they only have that email for purchases on the Weekend Package or Kit OP, that's maybe why they don't reply.
