If he was actually griefing, he could be issued a sanction (on skyblock) otherwise, if it was on factions, then he will not even be kicked from the server. I'm sorry to hear that you've been griefed but, if you want him to be punished for his actions, please, can you get some proof, aswell, here on the dancraft network, we do not ban people for suspected hacking seen by a player; we need proof to perform the sanction.
