This emerald rank (#RIP 70$) comes on ulti while hacking starts killing people w/ hacks bhopping etc, no hackers on and then says and I quote: "I only kill the hackers" -KristoperPvper after killing 10+ non-hackers and 0 hackers. Then trys to bribe me when I recorded him, then later after I reported he comes back on while hacking AGAIN and jumps down with speed and says "yes Im hacking but Im not killing anyone so its fine" Does it say in the rules hacking is allowed if you don't kill anyone? no. does it say hacking is allowed if you kill 1 hacker for every 50+ normal? no.

To answer your question, extremely stupid, like, buy the over $1000 worth of stuff on The Archon and get perm banned or something stupid. Or you know, winning the lottery jackpot of like 100 million and spend it all in like a week.
