FlaffyPanda5's False Mute

My friend FluffyPanda5 was muted today (9/13/16). I believe it was a false mute because the guy who reported him for threatening him (ddos) He shows screen shots to back up what he is saying' but clearly stated in said screenie is after he said "ill ddos you" It says "Jk i don't know how to do that techy crap"
so i just think he should get unmuted he is a good guy and he means well -
I'm all for @FluffyPanda5's unmute! But..... typically when someone puts in an Appeal for someone else they get banned soo....
