so my brother L___________420 was perm muted for spam, when i have seen other players new and "veteran" spam multiple times and get only a warn while my brother was perm muted for spamming ONCE i feel this is unjust please can you remove the mute or shorten it. I myself was given a mute for spamming MULTIPLE times and it was only 24 hours while my brother was given a PERM mute for spamming once you should not treat players with a higher rank better than new players to the server otherwise they wont stick around and your server will die again.
