I think the DanCraft administrators should be recruiting staff members. (moderators or such)
I know that they have a system that bans the hackers automatically, but sometimes there is hackers who don't get banned.
I do not suggest that you start a recruiting on the forums, because you will probably not.
I suggest that you hand pick them yourselves.
