i have recently been playing when i rememberd that i have paid for emerald rank in the past then there was an update and i got demoted to the rank i am currently now which is diamond i belive and someone helpfully said i should say on the forumms

that same thing has happened to me, I used to be bedrock but now im a emerald rank now.

When they removed emerald rank and obsidian rank at the end of V3 emerald rankers became diamond ranks, if I'm correct.
